A seasonal blend of coffees roasted specifically for espresso brewing. We were asked to create a smooth, full bodied, every day coffee for fast paced cafes with a focus on a deep, rich flavour profile in milk drinks and espresso. We turned our knowledge of artisan, speciality coffee roasting to the task and our Espresso Blend was born. Currently this coffee contains a dark roast Brazilian for a smooth, chocolatey base. We paired this with a small addition of a washed Vietnamese robusta bean to add a toasted nut cup dynamic along with a great body. As a final touch we completed the blend with a Kenyan high grown coffee we have sourced from the Samburu region, adding a beautiful ripe fruit and berry note to the finish.
